Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
