Thank you for shopping with Addictive Sketchers. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
As each item is made especially for you, this production time is required before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days
    Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders
    We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location.

Customs & Import Taxes
